SUBSTANCE: external part (3) for creation of shell with barrel-shaped inner container (2) for combined packing container (1) is made in the form of a collar. Internal container (2) has lateral surface (8). External part (3) is formed from workpiece, which in its assembled state is wound to produce shell. Shell ends (33, 34) facing each other in overlap area (35) are connected to each other. External part (3) has end zones (18, 28) located at distance from each other in direction of longitudinal axis (4). End zones (18, 28) define structural height (20) of shell relative to longitudinal axis (4). At least one zone of preset separation formed in lateral surface of external part (3) is located along longitudinal side (37) of overlapping and lying outside of end (34) as separation zone (47) in covering overlapping end (33). Between both end zones (18, 28) of outer part (3) there is an actuator for separating separation zone (47). Actuator comprises cutout (48) formed in overlapping end (33), which starts from longitudinal side (37) of overlapping end (34) lying outside and passes to the side opposite to longitudinal side (36) lying inside end (33). Cutout (48) is located in axial direction at a distance from both end zones (18, 28), respectively. Actuator is made in the form of a detachable tab.
