SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an outer cuff-shaped part (12) formed from a cut, this cut (13) being folded into the side surface and the end sections (14, 15) connected to each other in the overlap region (16). The intended separation area (22) includes a manipulation tool (25) having a separating section (27) for separating the separation sections (23, 24) located on both sides. The area (27) for gripping, when viewed in the circumferential direction, is located relative to the oriented, converging towards each other, sections (23, 24) of separation and an imaginary straight connecting line (26) between them with some shift (31) away from them. Between each end (28, 29) of the section (27) for gripping and the corresponding end (32, 33) of the sections (23, 24) of separation, a separate section (34, 35) of the intended separation is made in the side surface of the outer part (12). The invention also relates to a combined packaging container (1), including an inner container (2) in the form of a glass, having such an outer part (12), and a method for separating the area (22) of the intended separation and separating the outer part (12) from the inner container (2).
