SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the biotechnology. described poxvirus vector for desensitization, inducing tolerability or suppressing an allergic reaction in a subject on a peanut allergen, which contains a nucleotide sequence coding a fusion protein containing (i) at least four peanut allergens selected from the group consisting of ara h1, ara h2, ara h3, ara h4, ara5, ara h6, ara h7, ara h8, ara h9, ara h10 and ara h11, or a portion comprising an amino acid sequence which can be combined with class I MHC and presented to T-lymphocytes after degradation, and (ii) ubiquitin to enhance intracellular degradation of the fusion protein, a transcription control sequence and a starter codon for facilitating fusion protein expression. Also disclosed are methods for desensitization or induction of tolerability of peanut allergen and/or suppression of allergic reaction to peanuts allergen.
EFFECT: invention can be used for treating allergy on peanuts.
