FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: turbomachine with annular holder of guide vanes consists of lower part and connected to it with possibility of upper part separation, and with, at least, three retained on inner periphery of at least one holder of guide vanes steps of guide vanes located axially one after another and having multiple guide vanes. Each guide blade comprises a blade of the guide vane, which is located between the tail part and the end part. Each tail part with geometrical closure is retained directly on holder of guide vanes. Some tail parts of guide vanes of each stage of guide vanes are fixed by means of safety element against displacement in direction of periphery. Tail parts of adjacent guide vanes of axially adjacent stages of guide vanes engage geometrically and partially overlap each other. Between the tail parts of each step of the guide vanes and the inner side of the guide vane holder there remains an annular intermediate space accessible for maintenance personnel in the maintenance mode, wherein the lower part and the upper part of the guide vane holder are separated from each other. At least some of the safety elements are inaccessible from the outer side of the guide vane holder and are positioned such that in the maintenance mode they can be accessed by the service personnel through the intermediate space, and can also be mounted and dismantled. At partial dismantling of turbomachine upper part of holder of guide vanes is removed and guide vanes of separate stage of guide vanes are dismounted from holder of guide vanes. Stage of guide vanes, which guide vanes are dismounted, is selected regardless of its position along turbomachine axis.
EFFECT: group of inventions makes it possible to reduce labor intensity of turbomachine partial dismantling.
