SHIP ELECTRIC POWER PLANT Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC B63H21/17 B63H23/24

Abstract RU 2709983 C2

FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electric power plants of vessels with frequency converters and propulsion motors. Ship electric power plant comprises main diesels or turbines, main synchronous generators, on stator of which there are two or more insulated similar three-phase windings, main distribution board, frequency converters, to which output propeller motors are connected, as well as emergency diesel-generator. One of the three-phase windings of the synchronous generator stator is connected through a circuit breaker to the three-phase line of the main switchboard, to which the ship-to-ship consumers are connected through automatic switches. One of the three-phase rectifiers is located near the main switchboard, the output of which is connected to one of the inputs of independent inverters by means of the DC power supply line. Other three-phase windings are placed on the stator of the main synchronous generators via automatic switches and are connected to inputs of three-phase rectifiers located near the main synchronous generators. On stator of emergency diesel-generator there are two or more isolated similar three-phase windings, in which similar voltage coincide in phase, one of these three-phase windings is connected through automatic circuit breakers to three-phase line of main distribution board, and other three-phase windings of stator of emergency diesel-generator are connected through automatic circuit breakers to inputs of three-phase rectifiers and outputs of these three-phase rectifiers are connected to lines of direct current connected to inputs of autonomous inverters.

EFFECT: reduction of electric installation works at ship building.
