FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is an apparatus for reducing-desorption preparation of an aluminum chromium catalyst in dehydrogenation of paraffin hydrocarbons C3-C5 with fluidized bed, circulating in system containing reactor, regenerator, which includes vertical partitions for catalyst circulation, bubbling distributors for supply of inert gas and reducing gas, where device has a housing comprising vertically installed shell (2), upper (4) and lower (3) bottoms, device (16) for supply of regenerated catalyst from regenerator in upper part of housing, installed on lower bottom (3) of housing coaxially to shell (2) of housing first partition (5) with holes (7) for catalyst flow in its lower part and inside it, at distance, – second partition (6), wherein upper end (22) of first partition (5) is located above means (16) for supply of regenerated catalyst and above upper end (21) of second partition (6), wherein between shell (2) of housing of device and first partition (5) below overflow holes (7) there are bubbling distributors (10) for supplying inert gas into section (11) of first fluidized bed, and between first partition (5) and second partition (6) below overflow holes (7) there is bubbler-distributor (12) for supplying reducing gas into section (13) of second fluidized bed and in volume of fluidized bed, surrounded by second partition (6) above bottom (3) of housing of device, is bubbling distributor (14) for supplying inert gas into section (15) of third fluidized bed, wherein in lower part of section (15) of third fluidized bed there is branch pipe (17) for outlet of prepared catalyst, connected to lower bottom (3) of housing of device and in upper bottom (4) of housing of device there is branch pipe (9) for removal of the regenerator from the device to the upper part of the fluidized bed of the regenerator to the coke combustion zone and the supplied fuel gas of gaseous products of catalyst preparation.
EFFECT: increasing efficiency of reduction-desorption preparation of aluminum chromium catalysts with increase in their activity in dehydrogenation of paraffin hydrocarbons C3-C5 at more compact and technological scheme of preparation unit.
