FIELD: cable technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cable engineering, particularly to high-voltage unshielded wires with fluoroplastic insulation intended for installation of high-voltage circuits of electronic equipment. High-voltage unshielded wire comprises a multiwire core coated with fluoroplastic insulation, wherein the conductor is made of at least one twisting consisting of at least seven twisted copper silver-plated wires, insulation is made solid from copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene with perfluorovinyl ether (PFA), and nominal diameter of wires is from 0.1 to 0.5 mm, ratio of outer diameter of current-conducting core to outer diameter ranges from 0.3 to 0.8. In a particular case, insulation coefficient of isolation may be not less than 90 %.

EFFECT: invention provides creation of high-voltage unshielded wire with increased flexibility and stable operation under conditions of varying external pressure and expanded ranges of temperature drops from minus 60 °C to plus 125 °C.
