FIELD: cables.
SUBSTANCE: claimed invention relates to cable technology, in particular to the installation of heat-resistant electrical wires intended for use in radio electronic equipment. Mounting electrical wire comprises at least one core, coated with polymer insulation, where the vein is made of, at least one copper-plated silver wire with a nickel intermediate layer. In special cases, the insulation can be made of fluoroplastic sintered films, heat-sealable with each other, wire can contain a shield of copper silvered wires with an intermediate layer of nickel, as well as an outer protective shell of sintered fluoroplastic or polyimide-fluoroplastic films, which are heat-sealed together. Thickness of the intermediate layer of nickel in a copper silver-plated wire can be in the range from one to three micrometers.
EFFECT: claimed invention makes it possible to extend the service life of the wire to 35 years with prolonged exposure to elevated temperatures up to 200°C, and also to maintain the conductivity of conductors during operation and storage, to ensure a consistently high level of mechanical characteristics of conductors and wire shields.
