FIELD: cable technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cable technology, in particular to twisted pair cables for high-speed data transmission designed for long-term operation at elevated operating temperature. A heat-resistant two-pair symmetrical cable contains two shielded pairs of insulated conductive cores twisted around the common central longitudinal axis of the cable and forming a double spiral structure, shields made in the form of winding with a tape with polymer and metal layers covering each pair of insulated conductive cores, and an outer shell, and it is made with additional shields of pairs in the form of braids with round wires superimposed on top of shields made in the form of windings with tapes, while tapes are made with a metal layer facing braids.

EFFECT: improvement in electrical parameters of the cable and increase in protection from the electromagnetic influence of one shielded pair from another.
