FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of construction materials and can be used at enterprises of construction industry for production of modified fiber-cement facing plates based on modified mixed binder autoclave hardening by wet method. Process line comprises sections for feeding components with hoppers and dispensers connected by conveyors with a section for preparing fibrous material, mixing section of components, format drum, press shafts and mechanical cutter, cutting mechanism connected by means of conveyor with mixer of wastes for cutting of raw sheets, which is connected to bucket mixer, press, stacker, heat treatment chamber conveyor, trays, finished product section. Fibrous material preparation section contains runners, a water reducer and a water dispenser. Components mixing section includes turbo mixer and bucket mixer, connected by means of chute and pipelines with sheet forming machine containing baths, pump supplying process water to recuperator, pit, mesh cylinders, cloth conveyor. At that, line additionally contains section for preparation of modified mixed binder, including unit for mechanical activation of quartz sand, units for thermal and chemical activation of active mineral additive, modified mixed binder mixer, two autoclaves interconnected by pipeline with shutoff valve. Besides, the line comprises a protective-decorative polymer powder coating application section, containing a painting chamber consisting of a painting unit and recuperation unit, a polymerization chamber, a cooling chamber, an automated quality control system of the protective and decorative coating.
