METHOD OF PREPARATION OF MIX FOR PRODUCTION OF COMPOSITE MATERIAL AND MANUFACTURE OF DECORATIVE FINISHING AND HEAT-INSULATING ARTICLES FROM THIS COMPOSITE MATERIAL Russian patent published in 2007 - IPC C04B40/00 B28B1/52 

FIELD: manufacture of building materials; manufacture of decorative finishing articles or plate warmth-keeping material for two-layer decorative finishing plates for facing the fronts.

SUBSTANCE: proposed method for preparation of fibrous cement material includes mixing of cement binder, sand, fibers, polymer binder, water plasticizing additive and pigment; surfactant is introduced into mix for fluffing of fibers; then, anti-foaming agent is introduced for reducing the amount of air pores. The ratio of components per 100 parts by mass of cement binder is as follows: 20-30 parts by mass of sand; 0.8-6 parts by mass of glass fibers, 12 and 6 mm long, 30% and 70% respectively; 3-10 parts by mass of polymer binder ACREMOS-512; 15-30 parts by mass of water; 0.5-1.5 parts by mass of superplasticizing agent C-3; 3-5 parts by mass of pigment; 0.01-0.03 parts by mass of PIONEER-128 superplasticizing agent and 0.03-0.8 parts by mass of PENTA-471 anti-foaming agent. First, water, plasticizing agent and surfactant are poured into mixer; then sand is poured and fibers are fluffed, after which pigment is introduced, polymer binder and anti-foaming agent are poured; then cement binder is poured and mixing is started.

EFFECT: enhanced spreadability of mix and improved physico-mechanical properties of articles.
