FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of construction materials and can be used at enterprises of construction industry for production of modified cement-fibrous plates with water-repellent surface based on modified mixed binder autoclave hardening by wet method. Process line comprises sections for feeding components with hoppers and dispensers connected by conveyors with a section for preparing fibrous material, a component mixing section, a shaping drum, press shafts and a mechanical cutter, a cutting mechanism connected by means of a conveyor to a raw material cutting washer, which is connected to a bucket mixer, press, stacker, heat treatment chamber conveyor, trays, finished products section. Fibrous material preparation section contains runners, a water reducer and a water dispenser. Components mixing section includes turbo mixer and bucket mixer, connected by means of chute and pipelines with sheet forming machine containing baths, pump supplying process water to recuperator, pit, mesh cylinders, cloth conveyor. Besides, the line additionally contains a section for preparation of modified mixed binder, including unit for mechanical activation of quartz sand, units for thermal and chemical activation of active mineral additive, mixer of modified mixed binder. Besides, the section for preparation of modified mixed binder contains two autoclaves interconnected by pipeline with shutoff valve, surface hydrophobization section of fiber cement-boards with their subsequent drying in drying chamber.

EFFECT: improved operational properties and durability of cement-fibrous plates.
