FIELD: training simulators; sport.

SUBSTANCE: simulator consists of bench on legs, to which by means of angle piece longitudinal cheeks are fixed, between which rollers are installed. Necklace is put on neck of subject to which to create force acting on upper part of spinal column light shock absorber or fishing line, which is thrown through axis, is suspended with small load. Through the grooves of the rollers there passes a rope, one end of which is connected to a crossbeam, for which the subject is taken by hands, and the other end of the rope is connected to a crossbeam, to which the subject's shoes are attached. Subject falls on the bench and hands over the crossbar, and inserts his/her feet into shoes, which is attached to the other end of the cable through the crossbeam. After that, then pulling, then bending legs in knees, subject creates pulse tensile forces acting on tension of joints and sprain along its entire length. It should be noted that during pulling force is created, acting on stretching legs of subject in opposite direction, and when bending legs creates a force acting on stretching the hands of subject in opposite direction.

EFFECT: simulator for increasing human growth is proposed.
