FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be applied for treatment and rehabilitation of patients suffering from pathologies leading to partial immobility, impaired ability to keep balance, for patients with muscle atrophy, contractures, spinal cord and brain injuries, cerebral palsy, with disorders of the musculoskeletal system, disorders of the central nervous system, including those who have undergone stroke. The simulator contains a body formed by vertical and horizontal struts, a cable-block system with a handle for moving a package of weights, which includes means for creating the required load. The vertical body of the simulator, consisting of longitudinal and transverse elements, is fixed on the supporting legs. The simulator contains a large C-shaped handle, consisting of front, side and rear handles rotating around its axis and moving up and down along the guides fixed on the body of the simulator. The large C-shaped handle is designed to be connected to the upper free end of the cable or to the lower free end of the cable. The side back is located in the middle of the C-shaped handle. The cable-block system is a roller system consisting of four rollers: the upper front single, central single, upper rear single and lower double, through which the cable passes. The trainer contains upper and lower shock absorbers.
EFFECT: increased variability of changes in the load applied to various muscle groups of the trunk, arms, legs and joints during training, which ensures the development of the patient's motor capabilities and endurance.
