FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a biologically degradable thermoplastic composition for producing biodegradable articles, including films and sheets, which are used as a disposable packaging material. Composition contains the following components, wt%: 48–50 low density polyethylene LDPE 15813-020, 48–50 copolymer ethylene with vinyl acetate, 0.5–2.0 oxo-biodegradable additive based on salts of transition metals as biodegradable filler.
EFFECT: invention increases physical and mechanical properties of composition, as well as increases biological destructibility under action of light, moisture, soil microflora.
