FIELD: hygiene.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hygiene and sanitation and can be used for disinfection and sanitation of indoor air. Method for phyto-disinfection of indoor air involves ultraviolet irradiation of a bactericidal preparation. Bactericidal preparation used is heated to 40 °C composition containing peucedanum morisonii essential oil, a mixture of ionol with synthetic vitamin E and phenylethyl alcohol in ratio of 1:0.01:2, and for ultraviolet radiation using a mercury-UV lamp with radiation energy density of 0.5 J/cm3 for 10 minutes.
EFFECT: invention provides higher antimicrobial activity and stability of the active substance.
