A method for germicidal air treatment comprising UV irradiation with a mercury lamp UV radiation energy density of 0.5 J/cm3 for 10 minutes heated to 40 °C bactericidal preparation containing Peucedanum morisonii essential oil, mixture of ionol with synthetic vitamin E, phenylethyl alcohol and glutaric aldehyde in ratio of 1:0.01:2:0.1.

EFFECT: invention provides higher antimicrobial activity and stability of the active substance.
