FIELD: hygiene.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hygiene and sanitation and is intended for disinfection and sanitation of indoor air in presence of people and/or animals, as well as for cleaning air from unpleasant odors. Method of sanitary and hygienic treatment of air of cattle-breeding premises includes ultraviolet irradiation with mercury UV-lamp with radiation energy density of 0.5 J/cm3 during 10 min heated to 40 °C a bactericidal preparation containing Peucedanum morisonii essence oil, a mixture of ionol with synthetic vitamin E, phenylethyl alcohol and nisin in ratio of 1:0.01:2:0.05.
EFFECT: use of the invention increases efficiency of the decontamination of indoor air, as well as increases antimicrobial activity and stability of the active substance.
