FIELD: aviation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for self-organizing multi-position surveillance, flight control and management of manned and unmanned aerial systems. Method is realized using ground service of aircraft flight control and monitoring, where information on mutual flight traffic, aeronautical data is transmitted, flight-and-navigation characteristics of each aircraft, their identification numbers and coordinates and movement parameters, generate flight traffic control commands. In case of loss of communication with ground services, aircraft changes into autonomous flight mode, communicating with other aircrafts to correct flight. In case of aircraft control loss, technical data are transmitted to the unauthorized flight suppression service.
EFFECT: higher controllability of aircrafts and safety of their flights.
