SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of automated control and monitoring systems for the unmanned aircraft (UAC) authorized, safe flight traffic provision. UAC is equipped with the automatic control system, satellite navigation system, synchronized clock, calculator and transceiver radio station. Own flight traffic parameters and information about the other UAC traffic are transmitted to the control stations by each UAC. Data is transmitted to the air traffic control service for the flight control monitoring. Flight traffics are adjusted, in case of the adjustment impossibility the information transferred to the unauthorized flight interception service, wherein to the authorized flights only registered on the portal UAV are allowed, which reflects all the information throughout the UAV lifetime.

EFFECT: enabling the authorized safe flight traffic, avoiding collisions with other UAV.
