SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of railway transport, namely, to the non-jaw diesel locomotive bogies. Diesel locomotive wheel-motor unit comprises traction motor pivotally mounted on bogie and wheel pair frames. Wheel pair axles are spring-loaded relative to bogie. On the crossbar there rigidly fixed is a bushing in which a pair of spring-loaded semi-cylinders is installed. One end of each half-cylinder is pivotally connected to the electric motor, and the second one is in contact with the housing of double-acting hydraulic cylinder, which is connected to the bogie frame with rods. Hydraulic cylinder is connected by pipelines to the hydraulic distributor the slide valve of which is connected to the bottom of the diesel locomotive bogie.

EFFECT: reduced wear of flanges of wheel pairs in curved sections.
