FIELD: electronic equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to controlling electronic device parameters. Method of estimating parametric reserves of operability of electronic devices consists in exposing electronic devices to a set of operational factors according to the methodology of mathematical experiment planning. Values of parameters of electronic devices are then determined in each experiment and parametric reserves are evaluated relative to given constraints as difference between value of constraints and obtained values of parameters. Mathematical sampling of the experiments involves sampling electronic devices. Obtained serviceability reserves are evaluated in each experiment for each sample of electronic devices and, using the obtained results, possible values of operability reserves during mass production of electronic devices using the method of tolerant limits are predicted. Validity values are predicted.
EFFECT: disclosed is a method of estimating parametric reserves of operability of electronic devices.
