METHOD OF ESTIMATING AND PROVIDING PARAMETRIC RESERVES OF OPERABILITY OF ELECTRONIC DEVICES Russian patent published in 2020 - IPC G05B23/02

Abstract RU 2727310 C1

FIELD: electronic equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to control of electronic devices. In the method of estimating and providing parametric reserves of operability of electronic devices, an electronic device is operated, deviations of these effects are reproduced and responses of output parameters are fixed. Using experimental results, possible deviations of output parameters are evaluated in conditions of each experiment. Working capacity is calculated in each experiment as the difference between possible minimum and maximum deviations of parameters and permissible deviations. Elements of electronic devices are then replaced and their arrangement within the structure is changed. Electric modes of elements are changed, and preferable to version of realization of electronic devices possessing required serviceability reserves.

EFFECT: higher reliability of devices.
