Determining corresponding communication parameter with intent for each of plurality of potential intentions based on current request. Determining corresponding intent transfer parameter for each of a plurality of potential intentions; determining the corresponding refined communication parameter with intent for each of the plurality of potential intentions in the form of a multiplication result of the corresponding communication parameter with intent and the corresponding intent transition parameter. One of the plurality of potential intentions is selected in the form of the current intent based on the refined communication parameters with intent.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of accuracy of response to user request.
