Method of assigning a route for a driver based on a predictive estimate generated by the MLA includes: obtaining route data; generating a plurality of route estimates for the plurality of routes based on the route data; obtaining driver data; generating a plurality of driver estimates for the plurality of drivers based on the driver data; generating a predictive estimate for the route-driver pair by the MLA algorithm, which indicates the probability of the driver participating in the road accident on the route during a predetermined time interval after the route initiation; route assignment for the driver, and transmission to the driver device.

EFFECT: reduced number of road accidents involving selected drivers.
