Method also includes: creating for step-down measures indicating a degree of undesirable content coming from corresponding resources; creating refined estimates elements based on user-personalized and down-scaling estimates; creation of second list, in which elements are ranked in accordance with updated estimates, wherein said element is associated with refined rank in second list; and initiating presentation of elements from second list to user.
