SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of marine targets destruction. To destroy submarine with aircraft using missile, it is detected with available surveillance means. Aircraft is brought closer to the range of missile application, the missile is aimed at, launched, the target is detected by the on-board system of the missile or its warhead, directed to the target and struck by destroying the explosive charge. Aircraft does not approach the submarine to the range of its antiaircraft means; rocket is 90R rocket or a jet anti-submarine projectile. Rocket is driven at the calculated point, after which the underwater shell is separated and its on-board target detection system is switched on, the underwater shell is freely submerged or deepened using the buoy with the buoy rope, the buoy rope is stopped immediately after the submarine detection.
EFFECT: high probability of hitting an underwater aircraft with an aircraft without entering the coverage area of its antiaircraft means.
