CARBON BLACK, COBALT NEODECANOATE-BORATE REPRESENTED BY THE FOLLOWING CHEMICAL FORMULA (1), A PHENOL RESIN, A CURING AGENT AND A VULCANIZATION ACCELERATOR. CARBON BLACK HAS ABSORPTION OF DIBUTYL PHTHALATE (DBP) OIL FROM 50×10-5 UP TO 80×10-5 M3/KG AND ADSORPTION OF IODINE FROM 100 TO 150 G/KG, AND VULCANIZED RUBBER HAS CHARACTERISTICS OF DYNAMIC MODULUS OF ELASTICITY (E') AT DYNAMIC DEFORMATION OF 2 % AND AT 20 °C EQUAL TO 8 MPA OR MORE, TANGENT OF LOSS ANGLE (TAN Δ) AT 60 °C, EQUAL TO 0.20 OR LESS, AND NUMBER OF REPETITIONS TO FORMATION OF RUPTURE DURING FATIGUE TEST AT PERMANENT DEFORMATION IN CASE OF DEFORMATION OF 60 % AND AT 400 RPM, EQUAL TO 45,000 OR MORE.
EFFECT: INVENTION ENABLES TO OBTAIN A RUBBER COMPOSITION WHICH PROVIDES IMPROVED ADHESION CHARACTERISTICS TO STEEL CORDS, AS WELL AS HIGH WEAR RESISTANCE OF THE TIRE, WHICH IS EQUAL TO OR HIGHER THAN TRADITIONAL LEVELS.
