SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a rubber composition for tires. Rubber composition for tires contains on 100 parts by weight of diene rubber from 5 to 120 parts by weight of carbon black, having a specific surface area on nitrogen adsorption N2SA no more than 90 m2/g and the absorption of dibutyl phthalate-DBP compressed sample (24M4) from 95 to 120 ml/100 g, the ratio ΔDst/Dst half width ΔDst (nm) modal diameter Dst to modal diameter Dst (nm) on the curve of the mass distribution of diameters according to the Stokes aggregates of carbon black, at least 0.65, with N2SA, (24M4) and Dst satisfy the following formula: (24M4)/Dst < 0.0093 × N2SA – 0.06. In this case, Dst is at least 160 nm.
EFFECT: invention provides a rubber composition for tires that preserves or improves mechanical properties, while warming is reduced by blending carbon black, which has special colloidal characteristics.
