FIELD: powder metallurgy, namely methods for producing amorphous materials by explosion compacting, possibly in electrical engineering, for example in power equipment, switches of power supply units, electric circuits, magnetic shielding, pickups and transducers.
SUBSTANCE: amorphous material is placed in ampoule whose shape corresponds to that of article and impact-wave compacting by means of flat impact wave with pressure 2 - 20 GPa is realized. Prepared blank is subjected to heat treatment for producing nano-crystalline structure. Article has uniform structure, high permeability and purity of article material corresponding to that of initial powder.
EFFECT: improved uniformity of article structure, increased permeability of article.
