SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of detecting and alerting train drivers on the presence of obstacles on the route. Complex comprises video cameras 1 and 2, main computing unit 3, additional computing unit 4, each computing unit 3 (4) consists of processor 5 (6) with connected to it synchronization module 7 (8) and module 9 (10) of detection of obstacles, connected to module 11 (12) of data processing of radar 13 and with module 14 (15) of data processing of video cameras 1 and 2, which are respectively connected to the output of radar 13 and to outputs of video cameras 1 and 2, at that, in the main computing unit 3 additionally introduced and connected to processor 5 train situation module 16 connected to warning module 17, comparison module 18, output connected to warning module 17, and encryption and decryption device 19 connected to radio modem 20, second input of comparison module 18 is connected to processor 6 of additional computing unit 4, synchronization modules 7 and 8 of the main and additional computer units 3 and 4 are connected to navigation receiver 21, and to the output of warning module 17 is connected to detector 22.

EFFECT: higher safety is achieved with increase in reliability of detection of objects in restricted visibility zone.
