Device comprises series-connected receiving container, pressure pipeline pump, BOD concentration monitoring sensor, temperature control sensor, mechanical grate, discharge tray, garbage collection container, sand trap, thin-layer sand trap module, sand collection container, primary settler, reagent batcher, ultrasound level sensor of wastes accumulation on mechanical grate, upper and lower sand level sensors, drainage sand outlet valve, sewage water supply pump, pressure pipeline, annular bioreactor, mixers, aerators, air blower, dissolved oxygen measuring device and device for pH and temperature measuring in annular bioreactor, adder, spectrometer analyzer for monitoring COD, total nitrogen and phosphorus, collecting vessel, sensor for monitoring concentration of sludge mixture in annular bioreactor, timer, drive, pump for supply for recycling active sludge, secondary settling tank, thin-layer module, upper and lower sludge level sensors, activated sludge accumulator, active sludge dehydration unit, collection tank, purified water discharge pipeline, flow meter, disinfection unit, disinfected water discharge pipeline.

EFFECT: higher quality of effluents treatment and efficiency due to introduction of automated, energy-saving control and monitoring system.
