FIELD: water treatment.
SUBSTANCE: system relates to the field of water discharge and to systems for controlling the process of waste water treatment, and can be used in creating of new or reconstructing existing stations for the treatment of domestic waste water, household waste water concentrated by organic pollutants and that close thereto in the composition. System includes pipelines for the supply and discharge of water, removal of excess activated sludge; a biological treatment unit; a pump for pumping out the activated sludge; aerators. The biological treatment unit consists of a bioreactor made in the form of consecutively connected zones: anaerobic, anoxic, and aerobic zones, intended for removing nitrogen and performing biological dephosphorisation, and a settling tank. A first recirculation flow is formed between the anoxic and anaerobic zones, the second one is formed between the aerobic and anoxic zones, the third one is formed between the secondary settling tank and the anoxic zone of the bioreactor. Installed on the first recirculation flow is a BOD concentration monitoring sensor. Installed on the first, second and third recirculation flows are flow meters, remote-control shutoff valving, sensors for determining the concentration of nitrate nitrogen, ammonium nitrogen, and phosphates, temperature sensors, pH sensors, sensors for the concentration of activated sludge. Apparatus is equipped with units for determining the parameters of the inflowing waste water, the first, second, and third recirculation streams, and treated water. The apparatus also comprises a parameter setting module, a comparison module, and a parameter control module. The parameter setting module comprises a unit for setting the concentration of substances incoming into the anaerobic zone, a unit for setting the concentration of substances incoming into the anoxic zone, and a unit for setting the concentration of dissolved oxygen in the aerobic zone. The comparison module contains comprises units for comparing the concentration in the first, second, and third recirculation flows, a unit for comparing the concentration in the waste water supply pipeline, and a unit for comparing the concentration in the treated water discharge pipeline. The parameter control module comprises a shutoff valving control unit, a pump control unit, and an air-blowing control unit.
EFFECT: increase in the quality of biological treatment of waste water due to the adjustment of the parameters of the recirculation flows and the maintained optimal values of concentration in the biological waste water treatment system.
