FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to cold and hot bending of pipes for boiler building on machines of domestic and foreign production. Pipe billet for parts production by bending consists of rigidly connected by a coupling of deformed part with tolerances for machining and parts of process allowance for installation of billet on machine and direction of its movement during bending. Coupling is made in the form of housing with smooth cylindrical and threaded parts, with installed on it nut and bushes with possibility of movement in axial direction by pressure, outer surface of which has conical part, and blocks with inner conical surfaces and external surfaces with straight notch made on them, which are parts of cut ring, fixed between bushes by means of locking ring with possibility of radial movement during axial movement of bushings. Fixation of deformable part of pipe billet is achieved by movement of bushings in axial direction by means of pressure nut. Process allowance for billet installation on the machine is a pipe with a threaded sleeve welded into it.
EFFECT: as a result, expansion of technological capabilities, reduced weight of wastes and increased coefficient of metal use.
