FIELD: valve industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to flexible pipeline, which contains hose 1 from elastic material with external reinforcing spiral winding 14, connecting fittings at each end of the hose from elastic material in the form of through connecting outlet or inlet nozzles 3, 4 respectively and one of two identical couplings 2. Corresponding end of hose 1 is fitted between each union 3, 4 and coupling 2. Each coupling 2 is made hollow with internal spiral groove 10 along longitudinal axis of symmetry of coupling 2. Helical groove 10 of coupling 2, having pitch of turns, is equal to pitch of turns of spiral winding 14 of hose. Each end of hose 1 is screwed up against the stop in coupling 2. Each connecting pipe 3 and 4 is made with cylindrical surface, pressed into coaxially to coupling 2 in corresponding end of hose 1 from elastic material in section of the latter, screwed into coupling 2, and with outward protruding threaded part. At each end of hose 1 of elastic material connecting connection 3 or 4 and corresponding coupling 2 are fixed from mutual movement by means of locking ring 5 installed in groove, made on external surface of connecting union 3 and 4, and protruding into windows 13, made in wall of coupling 2. Cylindrical surface for press-fitting of each connecting union 4,5 is made with inclined conical projections. Hose 1 is made from elastic material in the form of food plasticized polyvinylchloride and with external spiral wire winding 14 from polyvinylchloride (PVC). Locking ring 5 is made split from spring material, with flat side surfaces resting on flat walls 10, 11 of windows of coupling 2, and with a cut, which ends protrude into windows 13 made in coupling wall 2.

EFFECT: advantage is durability, since the hose is reliably embedded between the coupling and the nozzle, as well as ease and speed of mounting the pipeline.
