SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering, particularly, to aircraft with vertical takeoff and landing. Aircraft with vertical take-off and landing includes fuselage (1) with cabin and power plant (3). Above the fuselage on the common base, in series, one after the other, two modules A and B are fixed, consisting of two or more fans (4) with air ducts (5), directing air flow to rotating cylinder (7), which, implementing the Magnus effect, creates aerodynamic forces.
EFFECT: higher specific lift, energy efficiency, improved maneuverability.
