FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to solar power engineering and can be used in solar installations for conversion of solar energy into thermal energy. Solar water heater comprises multisection heat exchangers made in the form of coaxial glass tubes, in vacuum space of which vacuum is created. In inner cavity of inner tube there installed is metal heat pipe, through which heat carrier circulates, ends of which are hydraulically connected with supply and discharge lines arranged in longitudinal housing. Housing is installed on bearing racks, coaxial tubes of sections of each heat exchanger are installed in plane perpendicular to longitudinal axis of housing at an angle relative to each other. Free ends of tubes are connected by ends of adjacent tubes in sections and ends of tubes of adjacent sections. Supply and discharge headers are arranged in a longitudinal housing. In inner cavity of glass coaxial tubes heat corrugated tubes of U-shape are installed. Supply and discharge headers are connected to the supply and discharge lines by means of shutoff valves. Thermal U-shaped tube is made of stainless steel in the form of double spiral coiled in longitudinal direction.
EFFECT: high efficiency of heat transfer.
