SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a modular system which is used, for example, in toys, as well as for creation of complex robotic systems for industrial applications. Modular system for transmitting information and/or transmission of energy comprises at least two modules which can be combined with each other, wherein devices are provided to provide, if necessary, mutual connection of the first module with the second module, as a result of which information and/or power connection may be provided between them. Modular system comprises a control system which comprises a display unit indicating the selected interconnection of modules in at least one operating mode of the modular system. Control system comprises an input unit which is configured to provide the required connection selected in at least one operating mode of the modular system by selecting the displayed version of the mutual connection.
EFFECT: technical result of invention is to provide cross-connection between modules without the need to physically change modules.
