SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a modular system for creating a structure, in particular a building element. Technical result is achieved by the fact that the modular system for creating a structure, in particular a building element, contains at least one rack-mount profile, at least one ceiling profile and at least one floor profile for the main frame of the first modular unit, at least one additional rack-mount profile, at least one additional ceiling profile and at least one additional floor profile for the main structure of the second modular unit and a module connector for connecting the first and second modular units, wherein rack-mount profile has fixed holder of first rod, and additional rack-mount profile has fixed holder of second rod, wherein the module connector has a first connecting rod for insertion into the fixed holder of the first rod and a second connecting rod for insertion into the fixed holder of the second rod, wherein the module connector has a support element on which the first and second connecting rods are located, wherein the rack-mount profile is a hollow profile having two sides located at an angle to each other, wherein the fixed holder of the first rod comprises sections of two sides of the rack-mount profile, located at an angle to each other, as well as technical result is achieved by design comprising such a modular system, and a module connector for such a system.
EFFECT: provided are reliability and strength of the structure.
