FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely obstetrics, and can be used in preparing pregnant women for childbirth. That is ensured by a course of eight sessions. First "Trial" session involves informing on the length of childbirth, the physiological and psychological component of childbirth. Second lesson is "Psychology of childbirth", including information on physiology of woman and physiology of childbirth. Third lesson is "Breathing During Contractions", including performing the exercises to obtain practical breathing skills during contractions and informing about the physiological characteristics of the organism at the beginning of childbirth. Fourth lesson is "Entering the maternity hospital", including performing the exercises "Bridge" and exercises for the birth table. Fifth session "Prevention of birth injury in newborns", including performance of breathing exercises on the birth table, performance of reception to accelerate movement of the child through the birth canal. Exercise, imitating attempts, "Hanging" reception – standing with its back to the window sill or the bed backrest or bedside table, rest on the elbows surface, supporting themselves under the breast, with legs on shoulder width, female sags down, knees bent, legs should stand at such distance that turned right angle under knees in moment of "sagging", in this position, there live is a tense contraction, after which they descend to the fitball for rest. Sixth lesson – "Positions in childbirth", including execution of 5 blocks poses: 1 – poses from the position "on all fours", 2 – poses "lying", 3 – poses "sitting", 4 – poses "standing", 5 – poses for the pressure period. Seventh session is "Breathing on the birth table", including repetition of breathing exercises on the birth table and exercises with the ball. Eighth lesson is "Childbirth rehearsal", including simulating the childbirth process and the woman's actions at different stages of childbirth.

EFFECT: method provides reducing the risk of the birth injury to a newborn that the child can get before birth with maternal wrong behavior in the process of childbirth contractions and attempts, as well as reducing the risk of female traumatism during childbirth.
