FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to obstetrics. For prevention of foetal distress in pregnant women in third trimester is spirographic examination is carried out. At reduction of factor minute respiratory volume (MOD) below 20 l/min, lateral behavioural asymmetry profile is determined. In case ambidextrous profile, pregnant woman 37-40 weeks of pregnancy performs respiratory exercises in knee-elbow position with frequency of 18-20 in 1 minute 3-4 times a day. In pregnant women with right and left profiles in I period of delivery respiratory exercises are performed in knee-elbow position with frequency of 22-24 in 1 minute in intervals between contractions.
EFFECT: method enables to prevent distress of foetus during delivery by improving body adaptation of pregnant women to incremental pregnancy loads.
