SUBSTANCE: group of inventions includes a medical device for implantation into human or animal body or for strengthening of human or animal solid tissue for further implantation of separate implant and dental implant, and is intended for use in medicine when preparing for implantation or directly implantation. Medical device comprises a retainer and a diluted element. Retainer is made with possibility of contact with living solid tissue and/or substitute solid tissue material for surgical operation, wherein in said retainer there is a longitudinal opening extending from the proximal end of the retainer in the distal direction, and a group of passages in the wall of said opening. Liquefied element is made insertable or inserted into the longitudinal hole and at least partially liquefied by the energy applied from the proximal side, so that liquefied material flows through the walls in the wall outward from the longitudinal opening into the structural elements of the hard fabric and/or the material replacing the hard fabric. Longitudinal hole extends along the axis. Said device forms thrust surface in proximal direction on distal lower part of longitudinal hole or section of longitudinal hole receiving liquefied element. Thrust surface is arranged so that it does not have symmetry of rotation about said axis, and for preset radial distance axial position varies depending on rotation angle about said axis; by means of which guide structure is made, configured to direct different parts of liquefied material to different passes, when diluted element is pressed in distal direction to thrust surface, with application of energy.

EFFECT: invention enables extrusion of liquefied material into adjacent solid fabric and/or substitute solid fabric material.
