FIELD: medicine; orthopaedics and traumatology.
SUBSTANCE: versions of the implant are provided with at least a part of the surface contacting with bone tissue including surface zones first type and surface zones second type. The latter contain material diluted by mechanical vibrations and used to stabilise the implant at least primary, or contain the holes to internal zone of the implant through which the diluted material is pressed through. The surface zones first type assist osseous integration or electric or chemical stimulation. The surface zones first and second types are arranged so that follow one another while being parallel to the implantation direction. Versions of the method allow implantation without considerable displacement at implantation with mechanical vibrations. The surface zones first type are implantation-free at least partially, while the surface zones second type ensure clinical function by affecting the bone tissue as-hardened.
EFFECT: possibility to load implant as-implanted, higher primary stability, possibility for particles or molecules to penetrate into the implant or back, and electric and chemical stimulation.
