FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to frames for a biological prosthesis of heart valve. Frame comprises tubular insert (1). Insert (1) has rigid teeth (2) with support surfaces (3), flexible element (4). Flexible element (4) has flexible posts (5) equipped with two flexible beams (6) with proximal (7) and distal (8) surfaces. Beams (6) are connected by vertices (11) and bases (12) and are arranged to interact with their proximal surfaces with support surfaces (3) of rigid teeth (2) and symmetrically about vertical plane (9) passing through the central axis of frame (10). Connecting flexible beams (6) of vertices (11) are made helical around axis (13) of each helical vertex (11) located perpendicular to vertical plane (9), passing through central axis (10) of frame. Axle (13) of each helical vertex (11) is located on side of central axis (10) of frame relative to distal (7) surfaces of flexible beams (6).
EFFECT: provided is a frame for a biological prosthesis of the heart valve, in which the structural design of the flexible element enables to exclude the possibility of axial displacement of the skin elements and the biological component containing the flaps, under action of axial loads on tops connecting flexible beams, which enables to avoid disruption of integrity of prosthesis tissues, destruction and dislocation of skin and biological component and increases reliability of biological prosthesis of heart valve.
