FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: holder 1 has housing 3, shank 4, three spokes 6. Distal ends 9 of spokes 6 are equipped with blades 13 extending from spokes 6 along axis 5 of housing 3 in the direction opposite to shank 4. Each blade 13 is provided with mounting surface 14, distal surface 15, end surface 16, and guides 17 for filamentary element 11. Holder 1 is equipped with supporting element 18 made in the form of frame post 19, which is installed on spokes 6 on the side of mounting surfaces 14 of blades 13 and fixed on spokes 6 by means of three fastening elements, each of which contains eye partially enclosing corresponding spoke 6. Frame post 19 is equipped with three smoothly rounded elements 22 located between spokes 6 and extending from them along axis 5 of housing 3 in direction opposite to shank 4.
EFFECT: technical result consists in facilitating positioning of the prosthesis in the surgical field without the use of auxiliary tools in the process of puncturing the periphery of the cuff with needles with surgical sutures and drawing the sutures to the required length.
