SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry. Device for molding floury confectionery products comprises a molding rotor with axial cylindrical holes made at equal distance from each other along the circumference, two dough mixers with outlet branch pipes located opposite cylindrical holes of rotor, in which forming puncheons with pushers, device for removal of articles from rotor. Device is additionally equipped with a bunker feeding the dough mixture, divided by a baffle into two equal parts and equipped with mixing two shafts with blades. Rotor is represented by a sandwich-rotor consisting of a base, an upper molding ring, molding chambers forming large and small puncheons assembled so that top parts of large and small puncheons with relief molded patterns are connected to pushers by means of 2-sided adhesive tape, drive gear for drives of additional devices tightening connecting bushings.
EFFECT: invention allows to eliminate loss of dough mixture during molding of articles, expand range of products and reduce application of additional technical equipment in molding articles.
