FIELD: paper production; cellulose production.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aminoplast resin films, which are used for coating wood-particle boards and form a wear-resistant, easily cleaned and hydrophobic surface. After impregnation with resin in the second application step, the impregnated papers are coated with a sol-gel composition containing dissolved metal oxides, as well as fullerene-like nanostructures and nanotubes from molybdenum and/or tungsten metal disulphides. After drying and final condensation surfaces are formed in hydraulic hot press.
EFFECT: prevention of premature wear of chrome-plated surfaces of press plates.
