FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, particularly to dentistry, and can be used in surgical and orthopedic dentistry for rehabilitation of patients with partial or complete dental loss. Method of making a dental osteointegrated implant, containing an extraosseous and endoosseous parts, consists in performing on the outer surface of the intra-osseous part elements in the form of thrust thread with a constant profile along the whole length of the endoosseous part, and micro-retention elements, made in the form of a surface layer with thickness of 100 to 200 mcm with developed microrelief, close to bone microarchitecture, wherein the implant base is made of zirconium, fixing the implant on a movable axis, space near the implant is saturated with oxygen, irradiating said space with constant ultraviolet light with wavelength lying in range of 160 to 240 nm, providing the implant with reciprocating and rotary motion, wherein in the reciprocating direction, the implant is moved in the longitudinal forward and reverse directions at a distance equal to the length of the endoosseous part of the implant, and during movement and rotation of the implant surface of its endoosseous part is irradiated with laser radiation with wavelengths lying in range from 914 to 1,342 nm, wherein when irradiating, the laser beam is directed perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the implant.
EFFECT: use of the invention improves biocompatibility and hardness of the implant, not exceeding hardness of the alveolar bone of the patient.
