FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, particularly to dentistry, and can be used in surgical and orthopedic dentistry for rehabilitation of patients with partial or complete dental loss. Method of making a dental osteointegrated implant containing an external and internal part consists in performing on the external surface of the intraosteal part of macro-retention elements in the form of a fixed thread with a constant profile along the whole length of the intraosteal part, and micro-retention elements, is performed by irradiating the surface of the implant with a series of pulses of electron beams of microsecond duration, in the form of a surface layer with thickness of 100 to 200 mcm with a developed microrelief, wherein implant base is made of zirconium and placed in chamber, negative pressure 10-2 Pa is created in chamber, after which it is filled with oxygen to pressure of 3 to 5 Pa, upon which oxygen in the chamber is irradiated with constant ultraviolet radiation with a wavelength lying in range of 160 to 240 nm, wherein the surface of the implant is treated with a series of pulses of electron beams, energy density of which lies in range of 60 to 100 J/cm2, and pulse repetition frequency of series is in range from 8 to 10 s-1, wherein the implant is reciprocated and rotated, wherein longitudinal movement of the implant in reciprocating movement corresponds to the size of the intraosteal part of the implant, and the rotational movement of the implant is performed with an angular velocity of 1.6π c-1 up to 2π c-1, the irradiation process is completed after implant completes 5 to 10 full revolutions.
EFFECT: use of the invention improves biocompatibility and hardness of the implant, not exceeding hardness of the alveolar bone of the patient.
