FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: implant is made of titanium and has an external part with a hexagonal stem and an intra-bone part with micro-retention elements such as microporous surface with oriented granular structure with average pore size of 50 - 100 micron about 200 micron wide, and micro-retention in the form of a thread. The outer surface of the intra-bone part is conically inclined at γ=1° to its axis. The thread profile is made by a curve, r = 0.16 D, and an angle at the top of the depression (β= 10°, and its depressions are located at α=4° angle to the implant axis with the pitch t=0.2 D, where D - maximum diameter of the intra-bone part. The hexagonal stem of the external part is conical with λ=1° angle to the implant axis. The micro-retention elements are made in the form of microporous surface created by etching titanium in the solution including: 500 ml HCL with specific density of 1.19 g/ml; 500 ml H2O; 170 g/l NH4F*HF at room temperature 25-30°C exposed for 2-3 minutes further washed in water and exposed for 1-2 minutes in HNO3 400 g/l solution.
EFFECT: even distribution of masticating pressure over bone tissue; adequate micro-retention that leads to lower implant cost and ensures secure fit of the external part of the implant with its intra-bone part.
